Quicken Science and Technology Advancing Activities Serve Agriculture,Country and Farmer Passionately

通过阐述恩施州农业科研事业与三农问题紧密结合的过程,以及农业科研单位在不同时代所起的作用,说明了农民脱贫致富、农业健康发展必须依靠科技支撑,提出应大力实施科技兴农战略,充分发挥农业科研院所的科技支撑作用。

Based on explaining the process of agricultural research business combined with the problem of ＂agriculture, country and farmer＂, and the different effect of agricultural research institution in different era, this paper expounded that if farmer wanted to escape poverty towards well off conditions and agriculture could develop healthily, it must depend on science and technology support. This paper also provided that we should implement the strategy of vitalization of agriculture by sciences and technology strongly, exert the science and technology support effect of agricultural research institution sufficiently.
