摘要
着重分析了现行公务员工资制度中存在的一些不足,并针对现行公务员工资制度和社会现状不相适应的情况,对如何设计公务员工资分配体系提出了相关的建议。
This paper mainly analyzed the shortage of present public servants salary system, and according to the situation that the present public servants, salary system was not fit for the social presentation, provided the related suggestions about how to design public servants' salary system.
