摘要
作者观察银可络对大鼠低氧性肺动脉高压的影响。结果发现，实验组应用银可络后大鼠平均肺动脉压和肺血管阻力显著低于低氧对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），其心输出量与正常对照组相似，并可抑制低氧所致的大鼠右心室肥厚（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示银可络在防治低氧性肺动脉高压中具有一定的应用前景。
We examined the effects of Ginkgo Plus on the pulmonary hemodynamics and right ventricular hypertrophy in rats exposed to isobaric chronic hypoxia. The rats treated with chronic hypoxia developed pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy. Ginkgo Plus reduced significantly the hypoxia induced increase of mean pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance as well as the ratio of right ventricular weight vs left ventricular plus septal weights. The results suggested that Ginkgo Pulus could relieve the hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
