摘要
分析F1510型细纱机的性能特点及纺纱效果。介绍了F1510型细纱机机架部分、车头传动及控制部分的结构改进与性能特点以及牵伸装置的配置情况。在F1510型细纱机上优化配置工艺,纺制了C 15.4tex、CJ 11.7 tex针织纱,并与具有不同牵伸装置的FA506型细纱机进行了纺纱对比。实践表明,F1510型细纱机机构设计合理,工艺调整方便,性能可靠,成纱质量稳定。
Propery Speciality and spinning effect of F1510 spinning fi'ame were analyzed, structure innovation and property speciality of frame, frame head driving and control part of F15 10 spinning frame were introduced, configuration of draft set was introduced too. Optimizing processing in F1510 spinning frame, C 15, 4 tex and CJ 11.7 tex knitting yarn were spun, and compared with FA506 spinning frame of different draft set. The practice shows that F1510 spinning frame has reasonable mecha stanism, convenient processing adjust, reliable property andble yarn quality.
