气相色谱外标法测定鱼油中EPA和DHA的含量

THE QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF EPA AND DHA IN FISH OIL BY GC-EXTERAL STANDARD METHOD

采用气相色谱外标法测定鱼油中ＥＰＡ和ＤＨＡ．ＥＰＡ测定回归方程为：Ｙ＝７．５＋１３２Ｘ，ｒ＝０．９９９１；ＤＨＡ测定回归方程为：Ｙ＝３．５＋１１７Ｘ，ｒ＝０．９９９０；鱼油中含ＥＰＡ为８％，ＤＨＡ为１２％．

This paper reports the determination of EPA nd DHA in fish oil by GC-External standard method using the test facilities such as the glass column of 2.1m×φ3.2 mm filled with a 10% DEGS(column temp.200℃),and FID. In the regression calculation for EPAY=7.5+132X,r=0.9991:for DHA Y=3.5+117X,r=0. 9990.The results showed that fish oil has a EPA concentration of 8% and DHA of 12%.
