应用MVR-PCR和毛细管电泳分析D1S8位点的结构多态性

摘要 应用MVR-PCR扩增10名无血缘关系个体的DNA样本,扩增产物用毛细管电泳分离并用激光诱发荧光(LIF)检测。结果显示每一个体可检出6~14个扩增片段,个体间呈明显差异。该方法适合法医物证检验中分析微量或部分降解的DNA样品。 NA samples from 10 unrelated individuals peripheral leucocytes were amplified by min-isatellite variable repeated PCR (MVR-PCR)PCR products were separated on capillary elec-trophoresis and detected by laser induced fluorescence(LIF).Each individual could be observed 6~14 peaks of DNA fragments on the chromatogram. The amplified fragments showed high poly-morphism.This approach is suitable fot analyzing trace and partial degraded DNA samples inforensic testing.
