摘要
优化卫生资源配置对于实现社会公平、稳定社会秩序、维护政府信誉、促进经济发展具有十分积极的意义。我国卫生资源的配置结构、配置比例、供求关系等方面存在严重的不和谐现象。优化卫生资源配置需要遵循公平优先、属地化管理的原则,需要加大社区卫生投入,坚持政府主导社会参与的方针。
