目的探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠的分娩方式。方法对177例剖宫产术后再次妊娠孕妇的分娩方式、分娩结局及母婴并发症进行回顾性分析。结果177例中73例行阴道试产,51例试产成功,成功率为69.9%;再次剖宫产(RCS)126例,手术产率为71.2%。结论剖宫产术后妊娠分娩并非是剖宫产绝对指征,符合试产条件者,严密监护下阴道试产是安全的。

OBJECTIVE After discusses caesarean the birth surgery once more the pregnancy childbirth mode.
