摘要
眼球表面鳞状细胞癌眼内蔓延的临床病理资料１５例，占同期眼球表面鳞癌的４．４％（１５／３４１）；起源于角膜缘者９例、角膜２例，角、结膜多发者４例；眼内蔓延途径经角膜缘导水管９例，直接浸润并穿透角膜４例，两种途径并存２例；对肿瘤人眼后肿瘤组织的分化程度和细胞形态的改变进行了初步探讨。
ifteen cases with intraocular invasion by squamous cell carcinoma,which originated fromsurface of eyeball were analysed pathologically.These cases constituted 4.4%of squamous cellcarcinoma happened on the surface of eyeball in the same period.The neoplasms arised fromcorneal limbus in 9 cases,from corneal in 2 cases and from multiple sites in 4 cases.Carcinomacells invaded eyeball through aqueduct of corneal limbus in 9 cases,directly through the cornealin 4 cases and through both of the two ways in 2 cases.The changes of differentiation and cyto-morphology of intraocular invasive tumor cells were discussed.
