吸收塔气相流量对气相总传质系数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本实验采用安捷伦6820气相色谱仪,氧火焰离子化检测器(FID),DB-5石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.45mm×0.42μm).测定空气和丙酮混合气中丙酮的含量;气相色谱条件为:柱温110℃、进样口温度150℃、检测器温度250℃,氮气为载气.流速1.12mL/min.分流比14:1.并绘制出丙酮摩尔分率与峰面积数的标准曲线.相关系数r=0.99967.回收率为100.0%-100.1%。实验采用清水作为吸收剂.吸收空气和丙酮混合气体中的丙酮;通过改变气相流量,用气相色谱仪测定填料吸收塔进口及出口气体丙酮的浓度.得出气相总传质系数Kya与气相流量G的关系曲线,为化工吸收的稳定操作提供有用参考。 In the experiment were used Gas Chromate, graphy (GC) of Agilent 6820, Flame Ionization Detector (FID) and Capillary column DB-5(30m × 0. 45mm × 0. 42um) for surveying the content of acetone in air-acetone stream. The conditions of GC: the initial temperature 110℃, the injector temperature 150℃, the detector temperature 250℃. Nitrogen (N2) was used as the carrier gas and the flow rate is 1. 12mL/min. Split ratio is 14:1. The acetone standard curvy line of mole fraction and peak area number has been drawn out. The correlation coefficient was 0. 99967 and the recovery rate was in the range of 100.0% - 100. 1%. The experiment adopted the fresh water as the absorbing liquid. By changing the flow rate of the air, it measured the concentration of the packed tower gas inlet and gas outlet respectively, and drew out the correlation of Kya and G, and offered the useful referencesfor absorption.
