理论上活化能决定反应速率,但实际很难测定或计算.Hughes-Ingold规则依电荷数的改变来预测溶剂对E_1/E_2和S_N1/S_N2反应速率的影响.本文分析了电荷数影响反应物及过渡态的溶化与活化能的因果关系,举实例说明该规则的可操作性.
Reaction rate is determined theoretically by activation energy ,but,in practice,it is difficult to sarvay or calculate. The Hughes-Ingola regulation could pre-estimate the effect of solvent on the reaction rate of E1/E2 and SN1/SN2. by mutation of chargled numbers. This ar-ticte analyses the ralations of effects of charged numbers on solvation and activation energy of reactant,and the transition status. The regulation was illustrated in manipulation with examples.
