摘要 对“基于荧光猝灭响应原理的光纤化学传感器及其在医药领域的应用”进行了系统的研究.从传感器工作原理、仪器结构以及应用技术等方面取得了重要的进展.选用芘丁酸等荧光试剂作为分子探针,设计和研制成3种不同结构的光纤化学传感器.提出适用于多猝灭响应FOCS的数学关系式和表现猝灭常数的概念,设计三杯法证明多猝灭响应的机理以及在线连续监测片剂和胶囊剂的体外溶出度,在位监测清醒动物的尿药和脑脊液药物浓度等课题,获得满意的结果,显示这一新技术具有实时、可逆以及稳定等优点.如果在传感器的标准化、规格化、微型化和计算机化等方面进一步完善,必将形成新型仪器和方法,可广泛应用于分析测试领域. In this paper,the studies of fiber optic chemical sensors (FOCS) based on multiple fluorescence quenching and its application in bioanalysis and course monitoring were reported. For different test and purpose,that have three types of structure which are general,three-ways and combinative. We design a tri-cup method in this study to demonstrate the multiple quenching of response mechanism and to establish the relationship formula of mathematical approach. The test showed the action of response including the dynamic quenching,inner-filter effects and resonance energy transfer. In order to show the response characterization in a series of organic and inorganic quenchers,raised a new concept of apparent quenching coeffi-cient"Kq". This kind of sensors has been used coanteously and in situ monitoring the dissolution rate of some drug tablets and capsules ,on line and in situ monitoring some organic therapeutic drugs in biological fluid. The test results show that the sensors and apparatus are stable and reliable,and the response are reversible,rapid and arrived practical level.
