5-氟尿嘧啶对体外培养牛眼小梁细胞的毒性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-Fu)在临床应用中对小梁细胞的毒性损伤。方法在体外培养牛眼小梁细胞,从细胞的形态、结构、生存及吞噬功能等方面观察5-Fu对牛眼小梁细胞的影响。结果5-Fu对牛眼小梁细胞的安全浓度为1×10-6gml-1。结论结合5-Fu在兔眼前房的药代动力学研究资料,推论目前在人眼应用的剂量,不致对小梁细胞造成损伤。
