摘要
目的:探讨精神障碍患者行疝修补术的围手术期护理要点。方法:运用整体护理模式对8例精神障碍患者行疝修补围手术期进行个性化、整体的、连续有效的护理。结果:提高了护理质量,患者均顺利度过围手术期,并康复出院。结论:对精神障碍患者围手术期实施整体护理,提高患者围手术期的康复能力,是确保获得良好的手术治疗效果的重要基础之一。
Objective：To investigate peri - operative nursing point of the mental disorder＇s herniorrhaphy. Methods：Entire nursing mode was provided to eight mental disorder patients during peri - operation of herniorrhaphy , which concludes individual , entire and continuous nursing. Results： Nursing quality is improved. Patients favourably live through the peri - operation and left hospital healthily. Conclusions： Entire nursing mode to mental disorder patients can improve their recovery ability. It is the important base to obtain good operation effect.
