新课标与高等英语师范生专业化发展与培养

New Curriculum Standards and the Specialization Development for Students of English Education Majors at Normal Universities

师范院校必须致力英语教学改革,才能提高师范生的专业素质与从教能力,尽快培养出适合新课程需要的教师。本文结合新《英语课程标准》实施对英语师范生教育的意义以及要求,分析英语专业师范生的培养过程中的几个问题,并从师范生专业化的发展与培养方面进行探讨。

On present graduates from normal universities are far away from the qualified requirements for teachers under the basic education innovation. The lack of professional abilities of graduates results from defects such as obsolete ideology, unreasonable knowledge structure, simple developmental mode, weak ability of teaching practice, lack of creative awareness and scientific research quality. Combining the implementation of the new curriculum standards and its significance and its requirements with the education of normal students, this paper analyzes the causes of above - mentioned defects, seeking an approach to specialization development of normal students so as to improve their professional abilities.
