摘要
从产业特征、空间布局特征、体制特征及区域合作特征等方面看,当前我国区域经济合作与发展存在着各种深层次的矛盾和问题。本文认为,实现我国区域经济协调发展需要通过政府协商的途径启动和深化区域经济合作,所构建的政府协商机制要能够保证市场机制的进一步完善,确保顺利实现产业升级和优势产业集群的形成。
Judged by the industrial characteristics, the space distribution of industry, the institution characteristics and the regional cooperation, the regional economic cooperation and development of China today have lots of problems. The stratagems of accomplishing regional economy development in harmony is to start up and deepen regional economic cooperation, The negotiation mechanism between local governments must improve market mechanism and to realize industry upgrading and the form of predominant industrial clusters.
