摘要
经检测,二氯二甲基海因与二氯异氰尿酸钠的杀菌作用相似,而二氯二甲基海因复方的杀菌作用,明显较前两种单药为优.二氯二甲基海因及其复方的杀菌效果随有机物增加而下降,受温度影响较小.其单药与复方均属低毒、无刺激类,对金属腐蚀性较小,贮存较稳定.
Dichlorodimethyl hydantoin(DDH) is a chlorine-containing disinfectant and contains60%~64%of available chlorine.Acompound disinfectant was prepared by combining itwith surfactant, stabilizer,anti-corrosion agent, etc. and the germicidal efficacy,toxicity andcorrosiveness of this disinfectant and the compound disinfectant were observed experimen-tally.There results showed that DDH containing available chlorine 50 mg / L with a 10 minutecontact time or the compound disinfectant solution with a 5 minute contact time could killover 99.9%of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. DDH containing availablechlorine 300 mg/ L with a 30 minute contact time or the compound disinfectant solution witha15 minute contact time could kill over 99.9% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger.Thegermicidal action of the compound disinfectant was more potent than that of the disinfectantalone. The germicidal efficacy of DDH and its compound disinfectant decrcased significantlyin presence of calf serum at a concentration exceeding 10%. The influence of temperdture wasminimal within 25~35℃. Both disinfectants belong to low toxic, non-irritative agents andthe corrosiveness to metals is small. Thev are stable during storage.
