摘要
检测表明,玻璃微珠消毒器以250℃作用30秒钟,能将铝片表面大肠肝菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞全部杀灭,使HAAg完全破坏;作用60秒钟,能将含10%小牛血清的HBsAg抗原性完全破坏.有机物及不用玻璃微珠,对杀灭效果略有影响.
The glass microbeaddisinfector is a container with heating resistance coil and filled withglass microbeads.It has a capacity of 245 mm×1 80 mm ×162 mm. The high-temperatureglass microbeads after heating could kill the microorganisms by direct contact with the sur-face of the articles to be disinfected.It was found by examination that at 250℃ with a 30-second contact time,the disinfectorcould kill completely Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and spores of Bacillus subtilisvar.niger and destroy completely HAAg on surface of the aluminum carrier. With a 60-sec-ond contact time, it could destroy completely the antigenicity of HBsAg in a medium con-taining 10% calf serum, When the disinfector washeated to 250℃ for 30 sec, only 999% ofthe spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger protected with 10% calf serum could be killed,whileonly 98.5% could be killed if the glass microbeads were not used.
