摘要
按20ml/m ̄3用量喷雾0.05%与0.80%过氧乙酸气溶胶,对碳钢、黄铜、铝、白棉布、绿线绨等有一定腐蚀或漂白作用.高浓度过氧乙酸的上述作用强于低浓度过氧乙酸者.水洗与否对腐蚀或漂白作用影响不大.纺织品经处理后,断裂强度虽有下降但仍高于国家标准.有机玻璃、油漆木板及人造革外表未见明显变化.
The corrosive effect of peracetic acid aerosol on various articles was observed in labora-tory.After exposure to aerosol of 0.05% peracetic acid solution at a dosage of 20 ml/ m3, on-ly carbon steel and brass rusted,the white cotton cloth bleached and the green cloth faded.The weight of carbon steel, brass, aluminum and stainless steel decreased by 0.0541,0.0316,0.0021 and 0.0068 g / m2· h respectively and the anti-breaking strength of textile was notlower than the national standard.When 0.80% peracetic acid solution was used, the aluminum also showed rust spots, thegreen blanket faded and only the color ofpink dacron cloth, pink multicolor satin and acrylicnber multicolor blanket remained unchanged.The weight loss of carbon steel, brass and aluminum increased to 0.7202,0.5553 and 00094 g / m2· h respectively, while the stainless steeldid not rust and the weight loss was stil 0.0068 g/ m2·h. The- anti-breaking strength oftextile fabric was still higher than standard. The external surfaces ofplexiglass, painted board and imitation leather had no significantchange after exposure to aerosol of0.80% peracetic acid solution.
