得克斯消毒片含二氯异氰尿酸钠、崩解剂与气味掩敝剂．以其含９００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液作用３０分钟，可杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞９９．９９％；含８００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液作用５分钟可破坏ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性．有机物可减弱其杀菌效果．于室温下避光保存４个月，有效氯减少４．４７％，其水溶液放置８天有效氯减少０．４６％．对小白鼠经口ＬＤ＿（５０）为４７３５ｍｇ／ｋｇ．

Dekesi Disinfectant Tablet is the tablet prepared from sodium dichloroisocyanurate and other ingredients such as integrant and odor-masking agent. Its available chlorine content is 25.0%～27.5%. Its properties were observed experimentally in laboratory.The results indicated that its solution containing available chlorine 900 mg/Lwith a 30 min contact time or a solution containing available chlorine 1800 mg.Lwith a 15 min contact time could kill 99.99% of the spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger.When the spore suspension contained 5%～10% calf serum, a solution containing available chlorine 1800 mg/Lcould kill 9999% of the spores only after contact for 45 min. Its solution containing available chlorine 800 mg / L with a 5 min contact time could destrov HBsAg antigenicity. After the Tablet was kept at room temperature in a condition protected from light for 4 months, its available chlorine content decreased by 4.47%. When its water solution was kept at room temperature for 8 days, its available chlorine content decreased by 0.46%. Acute toxicity experiment indicated that the oral LD50 of the disinfectant in mice was 4735 mg / kg.
