摘要
对检测ＨＢｓＡｇ的ＳＰＲＩＡ法，于抗原抗体反应后，增以加小牛血清作用的步骤．经比较，原法阴性对照组ｃｐｍ值随其溶液成分不同而变化较大；改进后，阴性对照组ｃｐｍ值较低，且不同成分溶液者相差较小．
A step of addition of calf serum was ad-ded after antigen- antibody reaction in SPRIAmethod for examining HBsAg and the result obtained using this modi fied method was comparedwith that using the original method.It was showedthat when the original method was used,the cpmvalue of the negative control group varied greatlywith change in composition of the solution, whileafter modification of the method,the cpm value ofthe negative control group was low and the varia-tion with change in composition of the solution wassmall.
