煤巷锚杆支护间排距的合理选用

摘要 煤巷全锚杆支护中锚杆间排距必须根据围岩岩性,选择合理的理论计算方式,同时还要参考以往支护经验,最终确定出合理的锚杆间排距。介绍了平顶山煤业集团公司十三矿采用间排距为800 mm×800 mm的锚杆在煤巷中的应用。表明在采用较大间排距时不仅没有降低支护围岩强度,还节省材料费,降低了消耗,节省了工时,提高了单进水平,确保了采掘接替,为矿井高产高效起到了重要作用。 The row & line space of bolting support parameter in coal mine should be selected on the basis of surrounding rock characteristics and figured out by reasonable theory formula, as well as ascertained through referring to the ago experience. In this paper, the reasonable selection and application of the row & line space parameter of 800 × 800mm in Thirteen Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd was introduced. The result shows: the bigger space parameter not only increases the intensity of support surrounding rock, but also saves material expense, reduces consumed cost, saves time, improve excavating speed and level, which plays an important role in high output and efficiency in coal mine.
