能源问题是中美关系中的一个方面。从目前的国际局势来看,处理得当,会促进中美关系的健康发展;处理不当,可能加剧双方的战略矛盾,影响双边关系的正常发展。由于中美关系中总的不对称性的存在,所以,在能源问题上,中方需要从战略高度、以务实方式处理该问题,为中国的全面发展谋求有利的国际环境。

The energy issue is one aspect in Sino - American relations. From the present international situation, it promotes the healthy development of Sino - American relations to deal with it properly. Otherwise, Sino - American relations will go worse. Because of asymmetry in Sino -American relations, in energy question, the Chinese government needs to deal with this issue, from the strategic altitude and by the practical way, and seeks the advantageous international environment for Chinag full scale development.
