从肠道门诊送检标本中检出7株霍乱弧菌 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对海盐县内各医院、卫生院肠道门诊腹泻病人标本进行霍乱弧菌检测,为当前霍乱防治工作提供可靠的实验室依据。方法:按照卫生部疾病控制司编写的第5版《霍乱防治手册》(1999年)进行细菌的增菌和分离鉴定,药敏试验用K—B法,用标准的参比菌株大肠埃希菌(ATCC25922)进行质量控制,对2005年5月-12月全县各医院、卫生院肠道门诊送检标本3048份进行检测。结果:从3048份标本中检出7株霍乱弧菌,检出率为0.23%,其中4株为01群霍乱弧菌稻叶型,1株为01群霍乱弧菌小川型,2株为0139群霍乱弧菌。结论:海盐县引起人类腹泻的霍乱弧菌呈现多样性,须高度重视霍乱流行病学监测,常年开设肠道门诊,将疫情控制在萌芽状态。
