Matrinc used here as the result of experimental research on killing sperm outside the body showed that it was of stronger effect on killing sperm and could make the suddenly losing activity sperm's minimum density become 0. 85 g/L.Matrine used in this article was compared with the killing sperm agents presently used abroad. The result indicated that Matrine's effective density of killing sperm was stronger than TS-88, but a little weaker than NP-10.
