摘要
目的检测食用真菌培养液中是否含有SOD(超氧化物歧化酶),及经长期保存后的SOD酶活性。方法选取3株实验室保存的食用真菌,经液体培养后,长期保存于液体培养基中2年,用邻苯三酚法检测各培养液的SOD酶活性。结果3种培养液中SOD酶活性均为阳性。结论SOD存在于食用菌培养液中,且经长期保存仍有很强的SOD酶活性。
Objective To detect the SOD activities in the liquid medium reserved for a long time. Methods Cultured 3 strains of edible fungi in liquid medium,and reserved it for two years,then to detect the SOD activities by autoxidation of pyrogallic acid. Result It was showed that SOD activities were fond in the liquid medium of 3 strains of edible fungi, Conclusion SOD in edible fungi can be secreted in liquid medium, and the SOD activities can be maintained for a long time,
