摘要
摩托车前照灯的安全检测是保障行车安全的一个重要因素。本文针对配光屏幕CCD成像测试系统,开发出一种软件标定方法。该方法利用边缘梯度算子找到目标图像的边缘来调整CCD摄像机与配光屏幕之间的相对位置,利用系统成像放大率来标定符合国家标准的靶标空间。实验证明:该软件标定方法符合基于成像测量的摩托车前照灯配光性能测试的要求。
The safe testing of motocycle headlamps is an important factor of safe driving. This paper devise a software calibration way for light - match screen imaging and testing system. The way find aim imaging' s edge using grads arithmetic operators for adjust the position between CCD camera and light -match screen, and also calibrate target space which is accord with national standards using magnification rate of imaging system. Experiment prove that the software calibration way accord with motocycle headlight' s light - match capability testing desire using photogrammetry.
