ICU真菌感染及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解本院ICU真菌感染的菌种结构以及药敏试验结果,为疑似深部真菌感染患者的经验性治疗提供参考。方法采用萨布罗培养基培养标本,用ID真菌鉴定板条进行鉴定分型,纸片扩散法进行药敏实验。结果87例患者116例次标本检测分离出40株真菌,其中白色念珠菌比例最高占50%,热带念珠菌次之占15%;标本来源痰液最多占45%,尿液、咽拭子次之分别占22%和18%;分离出的白色念珠菌对伊曲康唑、酮康唑、氟康唑、两性霉素B的敏感率较高,依次为95%,95%,90%和90%,而制霉菌素、特比萘芬的敏感率仅为80%和65%。结论本院ICU真菌感染以白色念珠菌为主,氟康唑仍可以作为经验性用药的首选。
