摘要
本文介绍了一种新型玉米茎秆粉碎破茬机,对其工作原理和整机结构进行了阐述和说明。研究设计了其主要工作部件,并对其主要工作部件的设计和结构运动参数做了较为深入的分析与研究。田间性能测试表明,该机具设计合理,性能可靠,作业质量满足农艺要求。
A new chopper of corn straw and stubble was introduced in this paper. The structure and working principles of the new chopper of corn straw and stubble is expatiated and explained. The main working-parts is studied and designed. Moreover, the design and the structure and motional parameter of the main working-parts is more deeply analyzed and studied. Experimental results show that it has a rational design and reliable function and its working quality can be easily applied to agricultural requirement.
