环氧化酶-2、c-erbB-2和Ki67在大肠肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)c、-erbB-2、Ki67在正常肠黏膜组织、大肠腺瘤和大肠癌中的表达,相互关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测COX-2、c-erbB-2、Ki67的表达。结果①COX-2、c-erbB-2、Ki67蛋白随着病变程度加重表达逐渐增高(P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.01)。②在大肠癌中,三者联合检测分析显示:COX-2(+)c-erbB-2(+)组的Ki67平均标记指数显著高于单独COX-2或c-erbB-2阳性组,或共同阴性组Ki67的表达。结论COX-2c、-erbB-2在大肠肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用,三者联合检测有助于大肠癌的细胞增殖活性和恶性程度的判断。 Objective To investigate the expression and correlation among cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), c-erbB-2 and Ki67 and the clinical implication in normal colorectal mucosa, adenoma and carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of COX-2,c-erbB-2 and Ki67. Results (1) With the ailments developing continuously, the level of positive expressien of COX-2, c- erbB-2 and Ki67 increased gradually, and there was significant difference (P 〈 0.001, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). (2)Results showed that the Ki67 average labeling index in COX-2( + )c-erbB-2( + )group was significantly higher than that in COX- 2 positive group alone,c-erbB-2 positive group alone, or both negative group. Conclusion The positive expression of COX-2, c- erbB-2 and Ki67 may play an important role in the development of colorectal tumor. Combined detection of the three indexes may be helpful for judging the cell proliferation and malignant degree.
