两种呼吸状态下超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检成功率的对比

Comparison of successful rates of ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture renal biopsy

目的探讨平静吸气末屏气和深吸气末屏气两种呼吸状态下对超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检的影响。方法将81例行肾穿刺活检患者随机分两组,分别采用平静吸气末屏气(A组)及深吸气末屏气(B组)两种呼吸状态下活检,穿刺部位均为肾下极外侧。结果A组穿刺成功率为97.6%,明显高于B组(77.5%)(P<0.01)。两组术后肉眼血尿增加比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论平静吸气末屏气状态下行经皮肾穿刺活检,可提高穿刺活检的成功率。

Objective To compare the influence in two different breathing states to ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture renal biopsy, Methods Eighty-one patients receiving puncture were randomly divided into two groups. Puncture position was chosen at the lateral part of inferior pole of the kidney during normal inspiration breath-holding（group A）and deep inspiration end breath-holding（group B）. Results Puncture successful rate in group A was 97.6 %, and 77.5 % in group B. There was significantly differences between two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no statistical differences between two groups（ P 〉0. 05）with flowing visible hematuria. Conclusion Normal inspiration breath holding state provides high puncture successful rate.
