微乳液相行为的研究进展

Advance on the Study of Phase Behavior of Microemulsion

对常用的微乳液相图--Winsor相图,δ-γ(T-γ)"鱼状"相图和ε-β"鱼状"相图--的绘制方法、相图特点以及微乳液相关参数的计算等进行了简要介绍。Winsor相图直观简单,但是提供的信息较少;δ-γ(T-γ)"鱼状"相图能得到微乳液组成的参数;ε-β"鱼状"相图则既能直观地观察到相态的变化,又能得到平衡界面膜的组成等性质。本文比较了三种相图的优缺点,为理论研究和实际应用提供指导。

The drawing methods, characters and calculations of related parameters of microemulsin phase diagrams were introduced. From Winsor phase diagram, phase inversions, the volume of each phase and the minimum concentration of alcohol （or salt） that the middle phase microemulsion began to form can be observed easily. However, the physic-chemical parameters, such as composition of the hydrophile-lipophile balanced layer, the solubilities of surfactant and alcohol in the oil phase etc. can not be obtained from δ-γ fishlike phase diagram. All the above informations can be obtained from ε-β fishlike phase diagram. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the three diagrams were compared.
