摘要
PLC在实际应用中经常会遇到这样的问题:一是PLC的I/O的点数不够,需要扩展,然而增加I/O点数将提高成本;二是已选定的PLC可扩展的I/O点数有限,无法再增加。因此,在满足系统控制要求的前提下,合理使用I/O点数,尽量减少所需的I/O点数具有重要的现实意义。通过对一些PLC应用实例进行分析,介绍了几种节省PLC输入/输出点的设计方法。
There is a normal question in the PLC practical application, the PLC I/O points are insufficient to meet requirement. The solusiton for this to increase I/O points will enhance the cost, sometimes the I/O points in the designated PLC are limited to enhance. In order to satisfy the control systems request, it is necessary to use I/O points reasonably and as far as possible to reduce I/O points which needs to has the vital practical significance. By some PLC application examples, it presents several kinds of design methods for saving the PLC input/output points.
