氢氧化铝复合阻燃剂对EPDM硫化胶性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了氢氧化铝,氢氧化铝/三氧化二锑复配,氢氧化铝/氢氧化镁复配对EPDM硫化胶阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当氢氧化铝的用量为80份时,EPDM硫化胶的氧指数(OI值)可达到27%,但是力学性能明显下降;当氢氧化铝/三氧化二锑复配比例为2∶1,总量为80份时,EPDM的OI值可达27.6%,硫化胶拉伸强度为8.8MPa,拉断伸长率为360%,发烟量达到A级,燃烧速度为4.7cm/min,水平燃烧等级为FH-1级;当氢氧化铝/氢氧化镁复配时,EPDM的阻燃效果与氢氧化铝单独使用相当,当其总量为80份时,EPDM的OI值只有26%。 The effects of various composity flame retardants,such as Al(OH)3,Al(OH)3/Sb2O3, and Al(OH)3/Mg(OH)2,on the flame-relardance and physical properties of EPDM were investigated.The results demonstrated that when the total amount of ATH was 80 phr,the OI of EPDM was 27%, but its physical properties were on an obvious decrease;when the ratio of AI(OH)3/ Sb2O3 was2 : 1 and total amount was 80 phr,the OI,tensile strength,elongation at break,and tear strength of EPDM were 27.6% ,8.8MPa,360% ,respectively,and the level of smoke was A,the veloci ty of flame was 4.7cm/min,and the level of horizontal flame was FH-1;while AI(OH)a was blended with Mg(OH)2 the flame-retardance of EPDM were not so effective as that of simply using AI(OH)3. When the total an, ount of AI(OH)3/Mg(OH)2 was 80 phr,The OI of EPI)M was only 26% .
