摘要 介绍了50 kt工业盐堆场的设计要求,针对场地几乎呈方形和堆场机械的特点,阐述了三种有代表性的堆取料机———斗轮式堆取料机、圆形堆场堆取料机、顶堆侧取圆形堆场堆取料机的特性,工业盐进入堆场和一次盐水化盐系统的流程,以及堆场设备的平面布置,认为采用顶堆侧取圆形堆场堆取料机的盐堆场设计方案虽投资较大,但运行成本低、土地利用率高,其应急措施可确保系统正常运行,作为推荐方案。 The design requirement for the 50 kt industrial salt yard is outlined.For the fact that the site is nearly square shape as well as the features of the yard machinery,The features of three typical reclaimers —— bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer,round yard reclaimer and top piling side taking round yard reclaimer,the flow of industrial salt into the yard and the salt dissolving system of the primary brine,as well as the equipment layout in the yard is introduced.It is considered that the salt yard design scheme using the top piling and side taking round yard reclaimer is a recommended scheme,though it involves larger investment,the operating cost is low,the land utilization is high,and the emergency measures can ensure normal operation of the system.
