高硅奥氏体不锈钢在高温浓硫酸中的应用与前景

Application and Prospect of High-silicon Austenitic Stainless Steel for High-temperature Concentrated Sulfuric Acid

针对高硅奥氏体不锈钢在高温浓硫酸中优异的耐腐蚀性能,自行研制了DS系列高硅奥氏体不锈钢,其中DS-1用于板材,DS-2用于铸件。阐述了DS-1板的力学性能和耐高温浓硫酸的腐蚀速度,介绍了DS-1板代替耐酸瓷砖用于硫酸装置干吸塔衬里,以及DS-2用于塔内填料支撑装置相关部件和管式分酸器喷嘴的使用情况。若用DS系列高硅奥氏体不锈钢制作其他设备和管件等,可不设阳极保护系统,应用前景广阔。

For the excellent corrosion resistance performance of high-silicon austenitic stainless steel for high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid,DS series high-silicon austenitic stainless steel are self developed,in which,DS-1 is used for plate,DS-2 is used for casting.The mechanical property of DS-1 and high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid resistant corrosion rate is described.it is introduced that DS-1 as a substitute of acidresistant ceramic tile is applied in the dry absorber lining of sulfuric acid plant,and DS-2 as components of packing support is applied in the tower and tubular acid distributor nozzle.If DS series high-silicon austenitic stainless steel is used to make other equipment and pipe fittings,the anodic protection system is not necessary,which offers wide prospect of application.
