摘要
针对熔硫系统原料固体硫磺杂物多、槽内易淤积,影响连续生产、开车率低的问题,对原设计不合理部分采取了整改措施,从而减少了停车检修和清理的次数,使熔硫效能有了显著提高。
For the problems in the sulfur melting system that there are significant impurities in the feed solid sulfur,and the tank is prone to settlement,which may affect the continuous production,and the on-stream rate is low,modification measures are proposed for the unreasonable part of the original design,thus reducing the times of shutdown for maintenance and cleaning,which significantly increases the sulfur melting performance.
