基于TMS320F240的开关磁阻调速系统的设计

摘要 以四相8/6极、5.5kW开关磁阻电动机(SRM)为研究对象,设计了一种结构简单、性能可靠的开关磁阻电机调速(SRD)系统。该系统采用TMS320F240为主控单元,详细介绍了功率电路和控制器的结构组成和工作原理,采用了改进型的不对称半桥结构的功率变换器,并针对EXB841不足之处加以改进。实验表明此系统不仅结构简单,而且运行效果良好。 A switched reluctance drive system is presented,which has simple structure and reliable performance. It is designed based on 4-phase, 8/6 pole and 5.5 kW SRM. TMS320F240 is adopted as the main control unit, and the structure,principle of power circuit and controller are introduced in detail, and a novel power converter circuit with asymmetrical half-bridge structure is developed. It reserves the advantage of bridge circuit, and makes compensation due to the disadvantage of EXB841. The exprtiment proves that the system has simple structure and suprtior performance.
