摘要
IEC 61850采用独立于网络的抽象通信服务接口(ACSI),定义了多层次嵌套的模型化抽象数据结构体系。IEC 61850-8-1制定了由ACSI到制造报文规范(MMS)的特定通信服务映射(SCSM)规范。实际研究应用中发现IEC 61850与MMS的数据及服务并非一一映射,并由此带来了一些矛盾。在详细分析这些矛盾的基础上,提出了具体的解决方案建议。
IEC 61850 adopts the network-independent abstract communication service interface （ACSI） to define muhilayer nested model abstract data structure. The specific communication service mapping （SCSM） specifies the specification mapping from ACSI to manufacturer message specification （MMS）. MMS defines two-layer data structure system, from the view of exterior, domain, NamedVariable or NamedVariable list. The map between IEC 61850 and MMS is not one to one. Based on analyzing these contradictions in detail, corresponding resolving scheme is proposed.
