摘要
利用在硫酸介质中,草酸能催化重铬酸钾氧化罗丹明B褪色,使体系荧光猝灭,建立了催化荧光法测定草酸的方法,催化反应在50℃水浴中进行10 min,测定草酸的线性范围为0.4~12.0 mg/L,其回归方程为△F=17.423c(mg/L)+110.47,r=0.9994。此法用于啤酒中草酸含量的测定,结果满意。
In the sulphar intermediary, oxalic acid could catalyze potassinm dichromate oxygenate rhodamine B colour and perish the fluorescent system suddenly. Accordingly, catalyzing fluorescence method was set up to measure oxalic acid content in beer and the technical paramters were as follows:10 rain catalytic reaction under 50 ℃ water bathing, the linear range of oxalic acid was 0.4-12.0 mg/L, and the regression equation as △F=17.423c (mg/L)+110.47, γ=0.9994. This method could achieve satisfactory measurement effects.
