摘要
应用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术,利用WO3、Co3O4和C粉的混合粉末原位还原、化合反应快速制备WC-6Co硬质合金。分析了烧结温度与压力对合金致密度、显微组织和性能的影响,结果表明:应用SPS技术,利用原位反应合成的短流程工艺路线,在烧结温度与压力分别为1 270℃和90 MPa的条件下能够快速制备出相对密度达99%、洛氏硬度(HRA)≥93、维氏硬度(HV)≥1 900且成相良好、显微组织均匀的WC-Co硬质合金。
The WC-6Co cemented carbides were rapidly prepared by the in-situ synthesis during sintering by applying the SPS technology, using WO3,Co3O4 and carbon mixed powders as the raw powder material.The effects of the sintering temperature and the pressure on the degree of compactness, the grain microstructure and the mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The pure phases of WC and Co were obtained when the sintering temperature of 1 270℃and the pressure of 90 MPa were used. The prepared samples have the relative density as 99%,the hardness HRA≥93 and HV≥1 900.
