外科门诊手术中肿胀麻醉镇痛效果及安全性分析

The analgesia and safety of tumescent anaesthesia in outpatient operation

目的探讨外科门诊手术中肿胀麻醉的镇痛效果及安全性。方法肿胀麻醉下行外科门诊手术1149例,对镇痛效果及安全性进行回顾性分析。结果术中患者疼痛视觉模拟评分为0～3.1分,平均0.7分,术中患者疼痛耐受均为良好;术后患者疼痛视觉模拟评分为0～2.9分,平均0.6分。所有患者术后镇痛效果良好,无手术死亡病例,手术后均可自由活动。结论肿胀麻醉下行外科门诊手术具有快捷、安全、疼痛耐受良好等优点,可扩大门诊手术范围,显著降低手术并发症,减少治疗费用。

Objective To evaluate the analgesia and safety of tumescent anaesthesia in the outpatient operation. Methods 1149 outpatient operations were performed under tumescent anaesthesia. Peri-operative pain was measured, and the safety was reviewed retrospectively. Results A mean analogic score of 0.7 （range 0-3.1） during operation was obtained. All patients tolerated well under tumescent anesthesia, A mean analogic score on the first day after surgery was 0.6 （range 0-2.9） and the post operative analgesia was good. There was no complication and no operative mortality. All patients could move freely soon after the surgery. Conclusions outpatient operation under tumescent anesthesia is well tolerated and is associated with a low risk of complications and low cost, which can be recommended for outpatients as a safe, applicable, simple and minimal invasive procedure.
