软破矿体高效低耗采矿方法探讨

摘要 针对软破矿体矿岩软弱破碎,采场内巷道支护量大,采矿成本高的问题,结合金山店余华寺矿体矿岩及赋存条件,提出了无轨设备平底出矿自然崩落法的开采方案,该方案能极大地降低生产成本,提高作业安全性和采场生产能力。 Considering the features of soft and crack orebody, large amounts of support in stoping drifts and high mining cost, and combining the status of ore and rock and orebody occurring states in Jinshandian Yuhuasi. A new natural caving method with trackless equipments and flat-bottom ore-load was provided. This method can reduce mining cost greatly, improve the security in stope and increase stope production capacity.
