摘要
随着知识经济时代和学习型社会的到来,学习培训日益引起人们的关注和重视。了解和把握培训组织过程中主要存在的六种心理效应,分析它们的特点及其相互关系,对推动培训活动的高效开展并促使其进入良性互动具有重要意义。
With the coming of an era of Knowledge - based economy and the learning society, training gained more and more attention of people. To promote the efficiency and Favorable Interaction of organizing training, it is important to know and master six existing psychologic effect during the organizing process and to analyze their characteristics and relationship between them.
