摘要
教师是教育活动中不可缺失的主体,智慧型教师则是集“理论智慧”、“实践智慧”和“人格智慧”为一体的教师。它的出现是教师专业发展和生命发展的必然趋势,也是胜任充满确定性和不确定性因素的课堂社会的客观需求,而造就智慧型教师可以通过开展对话研究和案例研究等途径来实现。
The teacher is an indispensable subject in educational activity.Intelligent teacher is integrated with theoretical wisdom, practical wisdom,and moral quality wisdom.The advent of intelligent teacher is inevitable tendency in the development of the teacher' profession and life.It is also the objective requirement of the class society which is imbued with definite and indefinite factors.To foster intelligent teacher, it can be fulfilled by doing researches on dialogue and cases, etc.
