摘要
二级管理模式在高校管理中正在不断推进和逐步完善。人事管理是高校管理中的重要组成部分,受“二八原理”的启发,针对高校人才构成的特殊性,高校人事管理以人力资源管理为导向,以校院二级管理为基础,对不同的人才群体在管理理念、管理任务、管理重点及管理手段和方式上实行分类指导,以达到管理的目的并取得最佳效益。
The two-level management' model is developing and improved gradually during the management of universities and colleges. Personnel Management is one of the important parts of the management of universities and colleges. Enlightened by the 80/20 rule, with the characteristics of the human resources formation, the personnel management in universities and colleges should, guided by the human resources management and based on the university-school two-level management, follow the classified instruction in the management theory, the management task, the management emphasis and the management method to achieve best.
