更昔洛韦联合西咪替丁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎

Curative effects of gancyclovir combined with cimetidin on infants with rotavirus enteritis

目的：探讨更昔洛韦、西咪替丁联合治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法：95例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为治疗组50例。对照组45例，两组均予补液、调整饮食、口服思密达等综合治疗。治疗组给予更昔洛韦5mg／（kg·d）、西咪替丁15-20mg／（kg·d）静脉滴注，对照组予利巴韦林10-15mg／（kg·d）或炎琥宁5-10mg／（kg·d）静脉滴注。结果：治疗组总有效率98．0％,对照组总有效率73．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Х^2=12．2，P〈0．01）。结论：更昔洛韦、西咪替丁联合治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Objective.To explore the curative effects of gancyclovir combined with cimetidin injection in treatment of infants with rotavirus （RV） enteritis. Methods： 95 infantswith RV enteritis were randomly divided into two groups, 50 eases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group. Both groups were supplied with comprehensive treatments such as fluid replacement, oral smecta etc. The treatment group received intravenous administration of ganeyelovir 5 mg/（kg· d） and cimctidin 15 - 20 mg/（ kg· d）, while the control group received intravenous administration of ribavirin 10 - 15 mg/（ kg· d） or potassium sodium dchydroandroan drographolide succinate 5 - 10 mg/（ kg· d）. Results： The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 98.0% and 73.3% respectively. There was significant difference between these two groups （Х^2 = 12.2, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Gancyelovir combined with cimetidin injection was of obvious efficiency in treatment of RV enteritis in infants. It is valuable to be applied widely.
