维生素B_1缺乏引起婴幼儿心脏损害的临床分析

The heart impairment from vitamin B_1 deficiency

目的:探讨维生素B1缺乏患儿心脏功能损害的原因并进行临床治疗分析。方法:本组39例维生素B1缺乏患儿,对心电图、心肌酶、心脏B超进行临床分析。结果:所有患儿均有不同程度心肌损害,心电图改变26例,心肌酶谱异常37例,心脏B超提示心室扩大3例。经维生素B1治疗5周后,心肌损害均能恢复正常。结论:维生素B1缺乏容易引起心肌损害,但具有可逆性,及时治疗后均能恢复正常。

Objective： To observe the heart impairment from vitamin B1 deficiency. Methods： The hearts of 39 patients with vitamin B1 deficiency were studied by different means, including ECG, myoeardium enzyme and echoeardiography. Results; All hearts of patients were impaired, with changes in ECG in 26 eases, abnormal myoeardium enzyme in 37 cases, echocardiography showing big right ventricle in 3 cases. Conclusions： The heart impairment caused by vitamin B1 deficiency is recoverable.
