文章通过对后发优势、技术跨越与赶超、国际贸易技术差距理论、创新国际化等相关理论综述,提出了发展中国家企业通过不同形式的创新国际化获取先进技术,实现技术跨越,赢得后发优势的新模式,这种模式与传统的通过技术引进或模仿实现技术赶超不同。

The article puts forward a new mode by analyzing theories of late-development advantages, technological leapfrog and catching-up, theory of technological gap, innovation internationalization and so on, based on which the developing countries achieve advanced technology, realize technological leapfrog, achieve late-development advantages. The mode is different from traditional ways that get technological catching-up through technological indraught and imitation.
