摘要
文章对2006年度湖南省科技计划项目申报受理总体情况进行了分类统计,根据项目的申报特点与近3年情况进行分析对照后,指出了项目申报过程中存在的问题,提出了工作建议。
In this paper, the author gave a classified statistic to general situation of Hunan Province S＆T plan projects declaring and accepting in 2006. According to the characteristics of the projects declaring and comparing the situation from 2004 to 2006, pointed out the problems that existed in the projects declaring and gave some suggestions.
